Everyone you share with
People lists everyone you share a bill, tab or group with. Open someone to see each tab and bill between you and where it stands.
People lists everyone you share a bill, a tab or a group with, once each, with what you share. Friends come first, then whoever you shared with last. Opening a person shows each tab and bill you share with them, and what is outstanding between the two of you in each, in its own currency. There is no total across them.
How to find someone
- Open Me, and press People.
- Each row gives a name and what you share, such as "3 tabs, 1 bill". A name with no account says so, such as "1 bill - no account".
- Press Friends to see only your friends, or All for everyone.
- Press the search button at the top and type part of a name to narrow the list.
A row counts tabs and bills. A group is named only when it is all you share with someone, since a group holds no money of its own. No row shows an amount.
How to see what is between you
- In People, press the person's row.
- Under Between you, each tab and bill with something outstanding shows Owes you or You owe, and the amount in its own currency.
- Under All square, each tab and bill where nothing is left between you.
- Press a row to open that tab or bill.
A bill in a tab is counted in the tab, so it is not listed by itself. A bill that is not yet Ready for payment is square, since nobody owes on it yet.
Split with, at the top, starts a quick split with that person already ticked. Someone with an account can also be asked to be your friend from here (see Friends).
Worked example: Maya's people
Maya is in the Lisbon weekend, Porto in October and Bills tabs, Lisbon crew and Flat 4B, and Luigi's Trattoria. Tom is her friend. Her People starts:

Priya is listed twice: she joined Luigi's through its link with no account, and that seat is kept by her name, apart from her account.

In the Lisbon weekend Tom owes 76.40, but he owes it to Priya, not to Maya, so between the two of them that tab is square.
If something stops you
- Someone is missing. People lists only those you share a bill, tab or group with. They appear once you split something with them.
- Someone is listed twice. A seat taken with no account is listed by its name, apart from the same person's account.
- There is no total. Each tab and bill settles on its own, in its own currency, so there is no total across them.
